<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a stable pulse width up to a high frequency input by extracting a differential output of a differentiating amplifier, employing clamp circuits to extract the output as an ECL output, and 0Ring the two signals by an ECL 2-input OR circuit. CONSTITUTION:A differentiating amplifier is formed by coupling emitters of 1st and 2nd transistors(TRs) 1,2 via a capacitor 3 and connecting a constant current source 4(5) to etch emitter. Clamp circuits 17,18 each comprising a diode connecting respectively between each differential output of the differentiating amplifier and a power supply act like preventing two signal levels from being decreased from a required level. A 2-input OR circuit 19 of ECL logic level structure receives the differential outputs and outputs a one-shot output. The capacitor of the differentiating amplifier is charged/discharged at the inversion of the input signal and an H level is outputted for the output of the differentiating amplifier and the output is used for the one-shot output.</p> |
