PURPOSE:To suppress current consumption by inputting a holding signal to the input terminal of a pull-up transistor TR while a main circuit is kept in a holding state and turning off the pull-up TR to stop the supply of current. CONSTITUTION:A holding signal is inputted to the input terminal of a pull-up P type TR 3 which is connected between an input/output terminal and the input/output buffers 2 and 2a while a main circuit 4 is kept in a holding state. That is, if a signal of a high level which shows a stand-by state to a stand-by terminal 1a is inputted in a stand-by state of an equipment, the TR 3 is turned off. Thus the current flowing steadily is cut off and the current consumption is suppressed. |
