PURPOSE:To make light-weight a title device and hence eliminate the need of postprocessing by preparing a body occupying the most part of the part supply device with thermoplastic or thermosetting synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A body 1 of a party supply device is prepared by extrusion molding after forming a pellet by previously blending carbon fibers and oxidized whisker with polyphenyl sulfite resin by a precompounding process. Hereby, a title device is made light-weight by 30% or more by an aluminum die cast, and permits a complex structure and dimensional accuracy can be ensured upon molding, making unnecessary post-processing. |
