The ammunition container for aircraft cannon consists of an elongated channel (4) as wide as the shell length and as high as the shell dia. It is adjoined one end by an ammunition feed channel (3) to the cannon (2) and/or the ammunition guide channel. There is a loader at the far end of the elongated channel to pull the ammunition in, consisting of a loading rope (6) and winch (7), the latter pref. with a brake with a spring-loaded swivel member (8).
