<p>PURPOSE:To refresh only a destroyed part when a picture is destroyed at a receiver side by dividing a pattern so as to apply an error check record. CONSTITUTION:A sender side multiplexes an error check code and check position information onto a video signal and sends the result to a receiver side, while the receiver side demultiplexes the video signal from the multiplexed signal and stores the video signal into a frame memory 19 and an error check section 21 checks an error between video signals resulting from demultiplexing the stored video signal based on an error check code. When an error is detected, check position information multiplexed on the video signal is sent to a sender side refresh control section 12 and the video signal corresponding to the video signal generated in error at a receiver side is sent again to a frame memory 10 of a sender side. Thus, when an error is generated in the video signal in the frame memory 19 at the receiver side, the error is immediately refreshed.</p> |
