<p>PURPOSE:To connect an eye part to a pipe part without brazing and secure high sealing performance by-clamping the flange part of the pipe part in the axial direction of the pipe part by the contact face and grip part of the eye part. CONSTITUTION:An eye part 1 is formed into ring shape and provided with a vertical hole 11, a ring groove part 12 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the vertical hole 11, and a lateral hole 13 axially intersecting the vertical hole 11 so as to communicate the groove part 12 with outside. The eye part 1 and the pipe part 2 are connected to each other by clamping a collar like flange part 21, provided at one end of the pipe 2, axially by the contact face 15 and grip part 16 of the eye part 1. The contact faces among the contact face 15, grip part 16 and flange part 21 are press-fitted mutually, so that the eye part 1 and the pipe part 2 are connected positively with high sealing performance.</p> |
