The lubricator for the bolts (K) of a conveyor chain incorporates a lifting cylinder-lubricating-head unit (1) symmetrically positioned on both sides of the lubricator-head (3). The unit's (1) pivot axle has a cam-lever (65) or holder (10) for a slide bar or roller. A spring (12) and stops (11) for the cam-lever or holders (10) exert force. A switch valve (50) has a pin (51) operated by the lifting cylinder lubricating head unit (1). An attachment (16) for the holders (10) is fixed to the lifting cylinder (2). Thrust fingers (17) on the attachment (16) are for the cam levers or holders (10). ADVANTAGE - The lubricator enables the lubricating head and chain bolt to be centered.
