<p>PURPOSE:To prevent obstruction, caused by flowing water, by adhesively fixing a flat band-shaped special conduit lower part member, a cable and an arched special conduit upper part member over successively on a wall surface immersed in the flowing water. CONSTITUTION:A particualr conduit lower part member 11b is adhesively fixed to a wall surface 4 (for instance, wall surface of sewerage path, river wall, etc.), immersed in flowing water, with no space by an adhesive agent. Then, a cable 1 is laid along the member 11b, and a particualr conduit upper part member 11a, having an arch-shpaed projection 12, is set up on the cable covered with no space and adhesively fixed by the adhesive agent. In this way, damage and detrioration by dust in the flowing water is prevented with no maintenance required.</p> |
