Printing control system - allows data to be organised in sets that can be organised in different layout forms

The printing control system provides organisational control of the layout of different sets of information (A,B,C,D) on a sheet. The sets of data are grouped (2) and relate to background information (3). Input is provided from a printing data source (4) that allows the required form to be selected (5). Once the sets have been combined (8a-8c) the variable printing information (6) may be introduced. Individual layouts to a selected form (7A-7C) are then produced. ADVANTAGE - Provides flexibility in printing layout.
