PURPOSE:To control a time-out state with a single timer by resetting the timer for each transmission of data, carrying on the timer operations after the transmission of the final data, and detecting the time-up state when this state is produced without receiving the reception answers to all transmitted data. CONSTITUTION:A data continuous transmission means 10 sends continuously plural data, and a data ID transmission means 12 sends the identification information on the transmission data at transmission of each data. A timer means 14 starts its counting action at transmission of the first data and the count result is reset for each transmission of data. Then the means 14 continuously counts the time after the transmission of the final data. A time-up detection means 16 detects the time-up state of the means 14. A time-out confirming means 18 confirms the time-out state when the time-up state of the means 14 is detected before the reception answers are received from the data receiver side to all data transmitted. Thus the time-out state can be controlled by a single timer. |
