摘要 <p>The ink for glass bottles is obtained by extrusion followed by powdering of the following:- 75 pts. of epoxide resin ("Epikote 1001"), 25 pts. of ("Epikote 1004" 0-2pts. of "Aerosite 2941/380", 3-5pts. of "Butvar D 510", 3-5 pts. pigments, 0 40pts. of fillers and 4-5pts. dicyandiamide. The powder is 15-40 microns and has less than 2% water and is applied by electro static projection across a silk screen, followed by heating to 200-250 degrees for 1/2-5min. The process is more economic and gives neater lettering than known processes.</p>
