摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve reliability of a transmission mechanism by making a spline shaft for fitting a boss part with both the edges from a magnetic material, arranging the spline shaft so as to be shiftable in the axial direction, arranging an electromagnetic coil on the periphery and installing a magnet on one of the boss part. CONSTITUTION:A spline shaft 67 transmits power through the fitting of a roll 68 with a boss part 69. Magnets 1 and 2 are installed inside the spline bosses 69 and 66 of the boss receiving part 68a of a roll 68 and the boss receiving part 65 on the drive side, and the spline shaft 67 is made of the magnetic material, and an electromagnetic coil 5 is arranged coaxially. In the power transmission, the magnet generates the force for attracting both the edges of the spline to the boss part and prevents slip-off. In the roll separation, the coil is used as magnet, and a repulsive force is generated on the roll side, and an attractive force is generated on the other side, and the spline shaft is shifted to the other side. Accordingly, the reliability of the transmission mechanism is improved.</p>
