<p>Liquid or gaseous mixtures are separated into their constituents in a gas chromatograph comprising a separating column containing internal heaters with programmed heating. The programming is such that the portion of the column, in which the components to be separated are situated, always remains unheated. The object is to produce a large diameter column without temperature profiles across it.</p> |
