PURPOSE:To prepare a fiber-reinforced resin composite material excellent in heat resistance, mechanical properties, and moldability, free from void and other defects, and having a high packing density by compounding an epoxy resin with specific compds. and molding the resulting compsn. by RIM or RTM method. CONSTITUTION:A fiber-reinforced resin compsn. is prepd. by compounding into the compsn. a reactive resin component comprising an epoxy resin having at least two epoxy groups in the molecule, a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate compd. having at least two (meth)acrylic groups in the molecule, a lip. carboxylic acid anhydride contg. a monofunctional carboxylic acid anhydride and/or a polycarboxylic acid anhydride obtd. by reacting a lower aliph. polyhydric alcohol with trimellitic acid or a deriv. thereof, a curing accelerator, and a radical polymn. initiator.
