PURPOSE:To achieve the automatization due to robots etc. by manufacturing a core and a separator in a free fitting state, and subtly displacing the positional relationship between both to adjust in response to the outputs of magnetic sensors, and thereafter fixing both by means of adhesive. CONSTITUTION:Four magnetic sensors A, B, C and D are assembled within a sensor portion 5, and asymmetry in the upper and lower sides is detected from the relationship between the sensors A, B and C, D, and asymmetry in the right and left sides is detected from the relationship between the sensors A, C and B, D. A core 12 is supported by a chuck 8. Given current for testing is passed through a horizontal and a vertical deflecting coils 13, 14. The outputs of the magnetic sensors in response to the current to be passed are inputted into a control portion 6, and the chuck portion 8 is operated so as to obtain symmetry in relation to a direction of X axis, a direction of Y axis and theta direction. When the best state is obtained, for example, adhesive 15 such as hot melt is injected from a nozzle, and the core 12 and a separator 16 are adhered. |
