PURPOSE:To enable self-controlled self-diagnosis and self-repair by simulating secondary influence exerted when an actuator means is operated and executing a repair plan which can remove the secondary influence. CONSTITUTION:In case of a fault, a repair planning part 15 reasons and selects the actuator means for repair according to qualitative data and fault diagnostic knowledge and the secondary influence exerted when the means is operated is simulated. When there is not the secondary influence, the means is driven to repair the fault automatically. If the influence is exerted, it is discriminated whether the influence can be removed by another actuator means and when not, the selection of a means, the simulation, and the discrimination are repeated. Then when a means which can remove the influence is selected, the means is driven to repair the fault. After the repair, the reference value data in a storage means 14 is updated. |
