CARBON FIBER REINFORCED RESIN MOLDED FORM HAVING FINE UNEVEN SURFACE AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To obtain a molding which has not a plumous or fibrous projection on the surface and has smooth and good-quality fine unevennesses by using a pressurization plate whose surface brought into contact with a prepreg is formed into a fine uneven shape and performing molding. CONSTITUTION:A prepreg is formed of carbon fiber impregnated with resin. A pressurization plate is formed into a fine uneven surface having a range within 0.3-5.0mum mean roughness in the centerline. The prepreg is pinched between the pressurization plates and compressed from both sides thereof by a heat press. Thereby at least one part of the surface of the molding is formed into the fine uneven surface correspondent to the fine uneven shape previously formed on the surface of the pressurization plate. The molded form can be obtained which has 0.3-5.0mum mean roughness in the centerline of the fine uneven surface.
