PURPOSE:To prevent a coating from leaking along a parting face and secure a good coated face by disposing a sealing component on the parting face of a mold. CONSTITUTION:A fixed mold 1 and a movable mold 2 are butted each other on a parting face 3 to form a mold clamping state, and molten resin 6 is injected out of a molten resin injection outlet 1B into a cavity 1A, and filled in the cavity 1A and retained for the given time in said state. At the stage that the molten resin 6 in the cavity 1A is intial cured, the movable mold 2 is opened by the distance (t) corresponding to the thickness of a film formed on the surface of a resin molded product. Then, an IMC coating material 7 is injected from a coating material injection inlet 4, and the movable mold 2 is pressurized. As the periphery of the injected coating material 7 is closed by a sealing ring 5, only the surface of a resin molded product 6 is coated and not leaked to the outside of the mold. After the coating material is retained in said state for the given time, mold opening is carried out and a molded product is released. Thus the coating material is not wasted and a good coated face is formed stably on the surface of the resin molded product. |
