The device is used in medicine, particularly in abdominal surgery. It facilitates the quick, non-traumatic and aseptic application of metal abdominocentesis. The design of the device includes a straight needle (1) with a sharpened closed operating point (3) near which a side opening is formed on one side (3). Along the straight needle (1) there are two threaded openings (7 and 8), located at the two needle (1) ends. They are used for the connection of two abdomino-fixtures (9) to a needle (1) turned against each other with their face surface (21). The non-operating end of the straight needle (1) is attached in a dismountable manner to one end of bushing (10). The other end of the bushing is fixed to a hollow handle (11), shaped like a magazine with a reel with wound wire (6) wound in advance.
