<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the processing burden of delay caused by a software by outputting an output signal from a signal output control circuit after the lapse of time set in advance. CONSTITUTION:The output circuit of the microcomputer is equipped with a reference clock oscillation circuit 7, frequency divider 8 to output a count clock 9, delay control circuit 2 to input a signal bus 1 in a CPU, delay timer 3, signal output control circuit 4 and output latch 5. First of all, the required information of delay time or output signals, etc., is inputted to the delay control circuit 2, and the delay control circuit 2 sets a data to the delay timer 3 to count it. After the lapse of set time, an output request signal 10 is transmitted to the signal output control circuit 4, and the signal output control circuit 4 receiving the request outputs a signal to an external output terminal 6. Thus, without setting the timer by the software, a delay signal can be easily outputted.</p> |
