<p>PURPOSE:To stably reduce a powdery ore even in a continuous operation for long time by arranging multi-steps of heat resistant bars as grate-state rotably and horizontally shiftably in a gas introducing part of a circulating fluidized bed reduction furnace and setting scraper to each bar. CONSTITUTION:High temp. reducing gas generated in a smelting reduction furnace is guided to the gas introducing part 4 in the circulating fluidized bed reduction furnace 20 through a cyclone. The powdery ore is reduced while being fluidized with the high temp. reducing gas in an upper riser 5 of the gas introducing part 4 in the fluidized bed reduction furnace 20. At the lower part of the gas introducing part 4, a gas dispersing device 18 made by assembling plural heat resistant bars 13 having the length of >=2 times of the diameter of the gas introducing part as the grate-state and multi-steps, is arranged, and the heat resistant bar is rotated and horizontally shifted with a motor 15 and a horizontal shifting piston 14 to scrape the stuck dust, stiffened ore, etc., with scrapers 16.</p> |
