PURPOSE:To output a recording medium as a front page to a paper ejecting port when a specific document is detected, regardless of the setting of various kinds of copying modes by detecting a colored document set to the document fed from an automatic document feeding means and automatically inserting the recording medium as the front page. CONSTITUTION:When a detecting means (for instance, an image processing part 402) detects the color information of the document fed by an automatic document feeder 51, during the setting of each copying mode by a mode setting means (the setting key for various kinds of modes of an operating part 41), a controller 42 selects a prescribed paper feeding port feeding the recording medium, and a carrying control means (by allowing the controller 42 to control a motor control part 48, a high voltage unit HTV, etc.) controls the carrying of the recording medium fed from the selected paper feeding port. Priority paper ejecting is carried out on the rarer ejecting port in a state where an image is not. Thus, the recording medium as the front page can be outputted to a paper ejecting tray when the specific document is detected, regardless of the setting of various kinds of the copying modes. |
