<p>PURPOSE:To achieve short time high performance treatment and to facilitate maintenance and control by making it possible to adapt the title apparatus to org. sewage from high concn. to low concn. by vertically arranging flat resin mesh pipes in a digestion tank at definite intervals. CONSTITUTION:Several-several ten flat mesh pipes 1 are cut into the length corresponding to the depth of the filter bed packed part of an anaerobic digestion tank to be vertically arranged regularly and anaerobic filter bed plates 5 folded back so that the upper and lower ends thereof are wound round anaerobic filter bed plate support strings 4 to be fixed by thermal welding are fixed to filter bed plate fixing frames 6 at definite intervals by the anaerobic filter bed support strings 4 to form an aerobic filter bed 7. Since the mesh pipes 1 form a double structure because of a flat pipe shape and anaerobic bacteria get into the pipes, a bacteria holding amount markedly increases and great digestion capacity can be developed. Further, it is unnecessary to take out the filter bed even at the time of the washing of the filter bed and the filter bed can simply be washed only by injecting washing water to the filter bed.</p> |
