PURPOSE:To improve handling properties, and to enable partial exchange by dividing cores for molding radial hollow sections into two by parting planes in the radial direction while forming mating surfaces in a stepped shape and mutually connecting the cores for molding the radial hollow sections by cores for molding communicating hollow sections. CONSTITUTION:A core 10 forming a load noise reduction type disc wheel is formed by alternately incorporating first cores A and second cores B, and the cores A, B are shaped by mutually connecting the half cores 12, 12' of two adjacent cores for molding radial hollow sections by cores 13 for molding communicating hollow sections. Cores 11 for molding the radial hollow sections molding radial hollow sections 6 are divided into two by parting planes 14 in the radial direction in the half cores 12, 12' of the cores for molding the radial hollow sections while mating surfaces 15, 15' in cross sections orthogonal with the radial direction are formed in a stepped shape. Since the cores are formed from two kinds of cores, damages may be reduced because handling properties are improved and partial exchange is enabled even at the time of damage. |
