IMPACT RESISTANCE IMPROVED POLYAMIDE RESIN COMPOSITION

摘要

The polyamide compsn. having improved anti-impact properties is prepd. by meltmixing of (A) polyamide; (B) one or more copolymer selected from acid contg. olefin copolymer or ethylenic ionic copolymer, or metal contg. ionic copolymer neutralized of 0.1-10 % with 1-3 valence metal; (c) modified ethylene copolymer prepd. by graft polymerising 0.1-1.5 wt.% of dimer acid with ethylene and more C3 α-oletin copolymer. This process is processed in the condition of formulas 0.1 <= (y+z)/x <= 0.5 and 0.05 <= (g.z)/ (y+z) <= 1.4. In formulas, x,y,z are each amt. of (A),(B) ,(C); g is graft polymerised amt. of dimer acid in (C).
