PURPOSE:To transfer a control signal with high reliability and stability by successively generating a series of control signals expressed with one or plural frequency in series and transferring this with an optical fiber after converted into an optical signal. CONSTITUTION:The control signal transfer system is constructed by a transmitter 1, a receiver 2, and an optical fiber 3. A DC control signal generation circuit 11, a time/order control circuit 12, a voltage control oscillator(VCO) type multifrequency signal generation circuit 13, and an optical link transmitter 14 are equipped with the transmitter 1. A binary signal conversion circuit 21, a multifrequency signal detection circuit 22, and an optical link receiver 23 are equipped with the receiver 2. Corresponding to one or plural. voltage level value by the VCO, one or plural frequency is successively generated in series, and the transfer is performed by utilizing the optical fiber 3 after this multifrequency control signal is converted into the optical signal, and the multifrequeracy signal is decoded after converted into an electric signal again. Thus, the tendency for the deterioration of the quality of the signal is eliminated. |
