<p>PURPOSE:To enable a conveyer flexible belt to be rotated at a higher rotational speed by forming a coating layer on a steel wire, by winding a wear resistant tape around the coating layer on the wire so that a spiral gap is formed, and by winding a resin cord on the wire along the spiral gap so as to avoid disturbing the cord pitches. CONSTITUTION:A shifter winds a single surface mending tape 12, spirally onto a steel wire 11 with no gap so as to form a coating layer made of the tape 12. Further, a wear resistance tape 13 is spirally wound on the tape 12 on the wire in a direction reverse to the winding direction of the tape 12 so that a spiral gap 17 is formed. A resin cord 14 is wound along the spiral gap 17. This cord 14 has a center core 14a, and is snugly fitted in the spiral gap 17, making contact with the tape 12 which is exposed through the gap 17. A flange 201 which is formed around the neck portion of a container 200 made of polyethylene terephatalate is suspended between shafts 104, 105 on rails 101, 102, the container 200 is conveyed by the rotation of the shafts 104, 105.</p> |
