This screw 12 is rotationally driven by the rotation of a prime mover and sends the waste, etc., continuously charged from the charge port into a kneading chamber 14 while generating the heat by mixing and kneading. The waste, etc., sent into the kneading chamber 14 are compressed by the surface pressure of the barrel 11 and a die plate 15. The compressed waste, etc., are further agitated and additionally compressed by the rotation of the kneading head 16 provided in the kneading chamber 14. The waste, etc., made into a high-density state by the heat generation and compression are smoothly extruded to a discharge port 17 and are cut and solidified by the rotation of a rotary blade 18. The durability of the screw and the molding machine body is improved in this way. |
