PURPOSE:To improve the man-machine interface performance and to satisfactorily apply the interface through a communication terminal by receiving the operation data corresponding to the operating contents through the communication terminal and executing plural processing steps after combining them with each other in accordance with the operation data. CONSTITUTION:The data stored in a data storage means 19 are analyzed and then combined with the explanation data on the operating contents of each processing step stored in an instruction information storage means 21. At the same time, the system information stored in a system information storage means 22 is added. So that a desired operation manual is edited and produced. Meanwhile an editing control means 23 takes the explanation data corresponding to the error contents out of the error information storage means 6 and 7 based on the data stored in the means 19 and edits and produces a prescribed error report. The operation manual produced by the means 23 is sent to a communication terminal as well as to an error report communication terminal requested by the means 23. Thus the man-machine interface performance is improved and the interface is simply and satisfactorily applied through the communication terminal. |
