PURPOSE:To measure a power supply current stably with excellent reproducibility by providing a switching circuit operated with a clock signal to a dynamic circuit between a gate and a power supply or between the gate and ground and fixing the potential of the gate to a prescribed potential level in a static state. CONSTITUTION:The potential of clock signals phi1, phi2 is logic '0' (low level) in the normal static state. When transistors(TRs) Q7, Q8 are not provided, since TRs Q1, Q2 are turned off similarly to the case with a conventional device, the device is not electrically driven but reaches the floating state. However, in this embodiment, the TRs Q7, Q8 are added to the conventional device. Since the TRs Q7, Q8 are turned on when the potential of clock signals phi1, phi2 is logic '0' (low level) in the static state, nodes 2, 3 are set to the potential of logic '1' (high level). Thus, the gate floating is eliminated in the static state to keep the potential of the gate constant. |
