PURPOSE:To prevent a sticking phenomenon and a setoff phenomenon from occurring by erasing travelling performance and heat resistance by a method wherein a thermal transfer layer is formed on an upper surface of a substrate, and a heat resistant lubricative layer containing an ultraviolet setting resin is formed on a bottom surface (a rear surface) of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:A thermal transfer layer 2 is formed on an upper surface of a substrate 1, and a heat resistant lubricative layer 3 is established on a bottom surface (a rear surface) of the substrate 1. A polyester film is preferable as a material of the substrate 1 from standing points of surface property, uniformity, cost, etc. As the thermal transfer layer 2, either a thermal substrate type transfer layer composed of heat transfer dye and binder resin is preferable or a thermal fusible type transfer layer composed of dye or pigment and wax is also preferable. Further, the binder resign which is generally high in heat resistance and, when heated, does not interrupt migration of the dye is selected. Though ultraviolet setting resin is used as a composition of the heat resistant lubricative layer, when acrylate ester series are taken as examples, its oligomer is selected from a group consisting of polyol acrylate, polyester acrylate, epoxy acrylate, and urethance acrylate. |
