PURPOSE:To increase the capacity of a battery without increasing an electrolyte by using a chemically synthesized conductive polymer and doping the polymer with an anionic polymer dopant. CONSTITUTION:After doped with an anionic polymer dopant, a chemically synthesized conductive polymer is dissolved in a solvent of a ring compound containing nitrogen and the obtained solution is cast on a substrate and dried to give a conductive film. The chemically synthesized conductive polymer has better electrode properties than a conductive polymer made by electrolytic polymerization and since the anionic dopant the polymer doped with is polymer, undoping is prevented. Consequently, a cation can go in and out the conductive polymer and active mass taking part in an electrode reaction becomes only a cation. As a result, the electrolyte capacity and the battery capacity have no relation each other and thus the capacity of the battery can be increased without increasing the electrolyte. |
