PURPOSE:To perform satisfactory welding without generating a hole on a weld zone by controlling the winding direction of the coil material and the rotating direction of the coil material. CONSTITUTION:The element wire winding direction of this coil wire 1 is right hand winding. The coil 1 as seen in the direction of the weld zone (the arrow A direction) from a main body of the coil material 1 is rotated 2 on the right and laser beam irradiation is started from a welding starting point 3. At this time, a gap 6 is generated between an element wire 4 which received the laser beam irradiation and its adjacent element wire 5. However, a gap is not generated between the element wire 4 and its adjacent element wire 7. Accordingly, the sufficient thermal capacity can be provided extending over the laser beam irradiation part overall periphery and welding without generating the hole on the weld zone can be performed. |
