PURPOSE:To stably remove a mode composition of higher order in an outgoing beam by forming a reflecting layer to improve the reflectance of laser beam on a reflecting surface of a filter. CONSTITUTION:An outgoing beam 5 outgone from the outgoing end 21 of a wave guide passage 1 mounted by a fixed sleeve 3 on a cooling jacket 4 cuts off the power at a part distant from the center of the beam from the center of the beam through an opening metallic plate 6 mounted on a beam condencer 2. A reflecting beam 7 reflected by a beam reflecting surface 26 of the opening metallic plate 6 having the shape of a projecting surface lowers the density of power earth dispersion, strikes the inner wall 9 of a condensing apparatus coated with black body paint 8 and is obsobed. Since cooling water 10 flows in the outer part of the inner wall 9 of a condensing apparatus coated with black body paint 8, heat generated in the inner part is hardly transmitted to a hollow wave guide passage 1 or a condensing lens 11 and can be removed efficiently. |
