PURPOSE:To enable safe and easy opening and closing operation of window at the time of running operation of vehicle without confirmation of the opening of window by setting target positions with plurality of switches, and thereby moving the window pane to the target positions automatically. CONSTITUTION:In a opening and closing device for power window of automobile adapted to move a window pane 1 in the vertical direction to open or close, a plurality of switches SW1, SW2, ... SWn for setting the target stopping positions of the window pane 1 are provided. A control means 3 of driving an actuator 2 until the upper end of the window pane 1 moves to the set target stop position by any one of the switch. When the target position is set by any one of the switches, the actuator 2 is driven until the upper end thereof moves to the target position. |
