PURPOSE:To cause neither aggregation nor precipitation even using thaumatin together with a negatively charged substance and to improve sweetness maintained long in the mouth, by utilizing thaumatin with a specific material selected from dextran, etc. CONSTITUTION:1 pt.wt. thaumatin is blended with <=100 pts.wt. substance selected from dextran, cyclodextrin, methyl cellulose and milk serum protein to prevent aggregation and precipitation and to improve sweetness of thaumatin. |
