PURPOSE:To make it possible to speedily manufacture by a method wherein a plurality of port welding parts, sealing devices by welding and a shearing part are provided on respective rotors so as to carry out the insertion and welding of a port member, the sealing of an opening by welding and the trimming of a work during the passing through a slewing course. CONSTITUTION:Works W, each of which is cut with either one of two film cutting devices 10, are successively fed through either one of film feeding devices 11 to either one of the port welding parts 13 of a port welding device 14 in order to hot-weld each port member 15 to the opening 3 of each work during the passing through a slewing course. Further, the openings 3 and 4 are sealed by hot-welding with either one of welding heads 39 at either one of sealing parts by welding of a sealing device by welding 17 by turning each work W by 90 deg. during the passing through a slewing course. After that, the shoulders of the work W are cut off at the shearing part 19 of a trimming device 20 and finally a punched hole 8 is punched during the passing through a slewing course so as to manufacture a bag-like container 9. Since a plurality of the port welding parts 13, the sealing parts by welding 16 and the shearing part 19 are respectively provided on rotors 27, 36 and 43 so as to carry out the insertion and welding of the port member 5, the sealing of the openings 3 and 4 and the trimming during the passing through the slewing courses, the manufacturing speed of the container can be accelerated to a far greater extent. |
