<p>PURPOSE:To ensure an easy input of an operation instruction as well as an easy confirmation of the contents of the operation instruction and at the same time to secure the constitution of various type of parts of operation without changing the constitution of hardware, by providing a coordinate input device and a state display to perform operations. CONSTITUTION:The date of a magnetic tape device 4 is read by an electronic computer 5 for control. Based on this data, the computer 5 performs a process to produce a plotting data. This plotting data is sent to a plotting table 7 via an interface 6 to carry out plotting action. The operator gives a control instruction to the computer 5 via an interface 9 and by means of a coordinate input device 8. At the same time, the computer 5 sends the information the operator needs to a state display device 11 of plasma system with 40 characters per line via an inteface 10 and in accordance with the instruction given from the operator.</p> |
