PURPOSE:To receive a required document at desired time by moving a stored document data to a display file so as to open it at set time for opening the file, and transmitting the data automatically at set time for requesting the document. CONSTITUTION:When the document data inputted from a publisher 2 is tentatively stored in a delay distribution file 9 and the time for opening the file set by a system timer in advance comes up, a delay distribution control task 9a moves the stored document data to a display file 8 so as to open it, and at the time for requesting the document set by a system timer 9, the document data stored in the display file 9 is automatically transmitted to a document data requesting person 4 by a display file read processing task 8a. Thus, the document publisher 2 can store the document in the display file 8 without paying attention onto the time for opening the file and further, only the document necessitated periodically can be automatically outputted to the document requesting persons. |
