PURPOSE:To prevent othe expansion of contamination by the waste material by providing an inclusion, which moves simultaneously with the wastae material and prevents the waste material and a conveying device from contacting each other directly, between the bottom surface of the waste material and the conveying device where it is mounted for each waste material. CONSTITUTION:Waste material 3 on a palette 1 installed on a palette cradle 2 are clamped and moved, one by one, by a depalletizer 4 and carried to a specific start position of a drum conveyor 5. At this time, a drum can receiving pan 8 as the inclusion is installed at a specific position on the drum conveyor 5 previously and the waste material 3 are put on the drum can receiving pan 8 and moved. The drum can receiving pan 8 is a pan type and its internal diameter is made a little bit larger than the external diameter of a 200l drum can as the waste material 3, which has its bottom part stored in the drum can receiving pan 8. Consequently, the surface contamination of the waste mate rial 3 is prevented from extending to the conveying device 5 and an inspecting device 6.
