To prevent the unnecessary operation when the user is out, and also to give the convenience of the use that the user does not need to select the bed time function, this system comprises : the intrusion alarm key judge stage(200) which judges the intrusion alarm key signal is inputted, the moving judge stage(201) which judges any moving of a person indoors, and the intrusion alarm stage(250), also the bedtime key judge stage(203) which judges the bedtime key signal is inputted, the moving judge stage(205) which stops the operation in case there is no moving, and the night time judge stage(207) judging that a certain night time has passed.
