PURPOSE:To accurately control the operation of a circuit using a control signal by setting the ratio of a resistance value of the resistance caused by various wiring layers constituting a resistance circuit to be equalized with that of the wiring layer. CONSTITUTION:Time constant by a resistance circuit 3 composed of resistance R1/R2 and a capacitor C is set so that the delay time tau of the control signal PHI2 is approximately equal to delay time tau 0 of potential transition in a signal conductor 2. Therefore, even when the delay time tau 0 of the signal line is fluctuated because there is process fluctuation, a control signal PHI 2, whose delay time is fluctuated following this, can be obtained. Thus, the control signal synchronized with the transition of the signal conductor can be surely generated without taking an excess timing margin. |
