<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the skin member excellent in the fire retardance, while production process is simplified and production cost is reduced by a method in which fiber-face cloth, urethane foam cushion member and rear base cloth are integrally laminated, whereby a three layer laminated structure is formed, and then the three layer laminated structure is dipped into the solution of fire retardant and fire retardance-treatment is achieved. CONSTITUTION:Untreated bandlike rear base cloth 4 and an untreated urethane foam cushion member 3 are made integral by frame laminate(d), while one surface of the urethane foam cushion member 3 is melted, whereby the two layer object 5 of urethane foam-rear base cloth is produced. The two layer object 5 of urethane foam-rear base cloth and the face cloth 3 of bandlike untreated fiber are made integral with the other surface of the urethane foam cushion member by the frame laminate(d), while the other surface is melted, thereby producing a bandlike three layer laminated structure 6. The three layer laminated structure 6 is dipped(a) into the solution of fire retardant, and the fire retardant which adheres to the surface or the adjacent to the surface is permeated into the center and is made uniform by passing it between cylindrical rolls(e), and then dried, thereby obtaining a skin member.</p> |
