<p>Microscope positioning and support device (2) comprising a support appropriate to be linked to a fixed reference frame, and a plate appropriate to support a microscope (17), an intermediary movable element (7) being connected on the one hand to said support (2) by means of a first series of hinged powered members (6) with a structure of the parallel type providing for three cartesian freedom degrees XYZ and, on the other hand, to said plate by means of a second series of powered members (9) with rotoid structure of the wrist type providing for three rotational freedom degrees, the device including control means which generate control signals used by a computer to servo-control the displacement of the microscope (17).</p> |
