<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the dragging of brake due to air leak in a case in which differential brake control valves causes air leak under the normal travel condition of car wheels not slipping, by discharging leaked air through discharge openings having throttles. CONSTITUTION:A computer 32 decides whether or not right and left drive wheels 12 have slipped by conducting the comparison of the detection outputs of respective wheel sensors 35, 36 for front wheels and rear wheels, and in the case of slippage, a differential brake control valve 37 on a side opposing a drive wheel 12 that has slipped, is opened. Then, air pressure is supplied to a brake chamber 14, and brake is actuated, and the drive wheel 12 that is slipping is braked. At this time, should the above valve 37 cause air leak, compressed air is supplied to the chamber 14 at the time of normal travel, and the dragging of the brake of the drive wheels is caused. So as to cope with this, discharge opening 42 having throttles 41 are provided at air pipings 39.
