<p>PURPOSE:To correctly execute the carrying-out and shorten the time, by arranging, on the basis of an assembly plan and the memory contents of a components by models memory means, so that components to be carried out, their number and order may be decided, and a carrying-out instruction may be made out by referring to the information of stock, and an instruction may be made to an automatic warehous. CONSTITUTION:An assembly plan generating means b, on the basis of a production plan, makes out an assembly plan with the addition of the assembly order information of each model, and sends the plan to a carrying-out instruction means (e). The carrying out instruction means (e) takes in the contents of a components by models memory means (c) and the contents of a stock information memory means (d), and decides components to be carried out at every model and their number and order, in accordance with the work process and the assembly order of every model. And, housing places for components to be carried out are instructed in order on the basis of this decision.</p> |
