PURPOSE:To improve reliability by comparing connection discriminating process based on ON/OFF information of a switch with a connection discriminating process based on numerical value information, and warning a malfunction position if there is an inconsistent position. CONSTITUTION:ON/OFF information of a switch, etc., sent from a power station measuring device 1 through an information transmitter 9 is fetched to an ON/OFF information receiving processor 31, a connecting state of a transmission line, a transformer, etc., is discriminated by a connection discriminating processor 51, and the result is stored in a system information storage unit 61. On the other hand, numerical value information sent from the device 1 through the transmitter 9 is fetched to a numerical value information receiving processor 32. A connection discriminating processor 52 decides the connecting state of the line, the transformer, etc., in which its power flow is not zero as ON, decides them in which its power flow is zero as OFF, and stores it in a system information storage unit 62. The two system informations are checked for matching by a power system information malfunction detecting processor 53 to detect the malfunction of the power system information, to judge the power state measuring device in which a malfunction occurs, and to inform the malfunction to an operator. |
