PURPOSE:To enable immediate execution of an operation program including a checkup program by preparing automatically a supporting method of operation of a breaker in regard to a parallel operation, a parallel-off operation and operations of opening and closing a loop and also a program of a checkup operation for the operation of the breaker. CONSTITUTION:When the operation of a transmission line LN1 is stopped, first the degree of the total loads of transmission lines LN1 and LN2 of two systems connected to a bus line B1 is checked up and then a breaker CB2 on the load side is opened first. After it is checked up that the opened transmission line LN1 has no load, in succession, a breaker CB1 is opened. At the time of operation for restoration of the transmission line LN1, first it is checked up that the transmission line LN1 has no voltage, the breaker CB1 is closed when it has no voltage, and the breaker CB2 is closed successively. Next, after it is checked up that a current flows out through the transmission line LN1, a current balance of the transmission lines LN1 and LN2 is checked up and the operation is ended. An operation program including a program of these checkup operations is presented to an operator. |
