DEVICE FOR FEEDING PIPE ELECTRODE WIRE

The device is used for semi-automatic and automatic welding with tube and compact electrode wire, passed at large distances. It feeds with various types of electrode wire at large distances, without sliding or deformation of bodies at enhanced efficiency. The device consists of a basic (1) and consecutively connected with it subordinate modules (2' and 2''). The continuous current power engine (4) of the main module (1) is managed via an electronic key (5) from an impulse speed regulator (6), while the power engines of the subordinate modules (2' and 2'') - from impulse formators (7' and 7''), which at the feeding of the managing impulse from the plug of the electronic keys (5' and 5'') of the preceding module (1 or 2') at their plug, they work out a controlling impulse. The latter is formed either by the incoming impulse through the increase of its duration with a certain time, which may be regulated, or through addition to it of an additional impulse with regulable duration that follows the incoming after a regulated in time pause.
