摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify circuit configuration by using a NAX transistor as a MIN compensation circuit when a MIN circuit is selected, and using a MIN transfer as a MAX compensation circuit when a MAX circuit is selected. CONSTITUTION:When switching circuits S11 and S12 are turned to the side of a terminal '1', the common emitter of the MIN circuit is connected to the base of a transistor Q21 and a MIN voltage is received and drawn through the base/emitter to a constant current source I2. Then, the compensated MIN voltage is outputted from the emitter as a voltage Vout. When the switching circuits S11 and S12 are turned to the side of a terminal '2', the MAX circuit is operated and a MAX voltage obtained from the common emitter of the MAX circuit at that time is supplied from the terminal '2' of a switch S22 to the base of the transistor Q21 in the MIN circuit and passed through the base/emitter. Then, the compensated MAX output voltage is outputted from the emitter, to which a constant current source I1 is supplied, through the terminal '2' of a switcher S21 as the voltage Vout.
